    "Overall, the sales staff has been incredibly accommodating. I experienced a huge problem with the first Mini that I bought because the sports seats became enormously uncomfortable after driving for 15 minutes or so -- lots of this had to do with the fact that I am short with short legs -- the seats simply hit me wrong. Unfortunately, with a relatively short test drive, I wasn't aware that the configuration (deep seats with raised pad on the front of the sear) would cause so many problems. The sales staff expressed to me that their goal was to have me be happy with my new Mini and bought back the first car, then found and delivered my current Mini which has the standard seats that are just perfect. The transition could have been a nightmare but Crown Mini Richmond made it happen seamlessly. Rick took the time to explain everything that would be happening to my car and was very much concerned with my satisfaction. I was on my way shortly. I was updated during the repair process. Rick told me what time he would get to work so that I could pick my mini up early...you guest it, Rick was on time, explained the repairs, my mini had received a courtesy was and so I was again quickly on my way.     "I went in for an alignment and tire rotation and ended up getting two new tires, oil change and break fluid change, costing over $1000. Probably all work was necessary but the cost seems expensive to me. Tires were originally quoted with a 20% markup and no alternatives were provided other than the OE tires in stock. You guys aren't in the tire business and given the rise in use of sites like tirerack.com, you should offer tires at tirerack.com's price plus shipping. This is what I ended up paying after threatening to ship in my own tires or move my car. Why put me through the trouble? Also your min of 15%/$50 "environmental fee" is a joke. That is not covering any actual costs and just pads your profits... your high labor rates and part margins allow plenty of built in profit so the fee should not be necessary. When I inquired about the fee, the answer was "it's just on every RO"... not a very good explanation.     "I generally have no issue going to Crown Mini of Richmond. The service has been friendly and fast in the past. It took them 3 hours to change 1 tire. The no flat tire was on national back order until March of this year. Of course it took them 2 hours for them to tell me this. This is after having made an appointment in advance and being told that it would take 1.5 hours max. I've now had to have my tire replaced with a standard tire and feel like the Roadside Assistance I purchased is a joke if they are replacing my tire with a much less expensive model. I was told there was no other option than to do this, but know that's not true considering all of the cars that are sitting in the lot unsold with run flat tires on them. Though initially unable to provide a loaner, the service department contacted me on a Saturday and was able to provide one. They were also extremely helpful and supportive in providing necessary documentation for use with insurance company and the dealership that sold me the car with the improperly installed windshield.     "We dropped off our car at 8:30 a.m. For a service and inspection. We were not called until 11:28 a.m. about a balding tire problem. After arriving within 20 minutes and Informing the staff that I did not want a a new set of tires I was told my car had not been washed yet. Three hours had passed and they hadn't washed my car yet! Several people attempted to talk me into buying tires from the dealership. This was a huge waste of my time. I felt I had to prove to these pushy service people why I would not buy tires from them. The technician returned my key to the service manager and he lied and said it wasn't my key while he attempted to sale me an extended warranty. I had to refuse the warranty multiple times and then the same manager handed me my paperwork and pulled MY key out of his pocket. I want you to understand that it is inappropriate and rude to try the fear and stall tactic to increase your service sales and I did not appreciate being treated so rude and obnoxiously.
